GENERAL BREWING PRINCIPLES
- Use fresh, filtered water (195–205°F)
- Grind fresh right before brewing
- Weigh your coffee and water
- Adjust one variable at a time
- Store beans airtight and away from heat/light
BREW RATIOS CHEAT SHEET
- Light roast: 1:16–1:17
- Medium roast: 1:15–1:16
- Dark roast: 1:14–1:15
- Cold brew: 1:5 concentrate
