Best for: Bright, fruity coffees (Cloudbreak, Morning Dew and Spring Rain)
Ratio: 1:16 (20g coffee → 320g water)
Grind: Medium-fine
Steps:
1. Rinse filter and warm brewer
2. Add grounds and bloom with 2–3x coffee weight
3. Pour in slow circles
4. Total brew time: 2:45–3:15
Flavor tip: Sour → finer grind; Bitter → coarser grind
