Description: Meet Emerald Bean Single Plot Collection, the masterminds behind this exceptional coffee from the renowned Libano, Tolima area in the Andes. Produced by Antonio Gonzalez in partnership with Emerald Bean, this coffee is a joint US/Colombian venture between old friends who decided to build their coffee journey together. 

Grown high (1,850 MASL) in the mountains of Líbano, Tolima, Colombia, this coffee comes from the farm of producer Antonio “Nano” Gonzalez, Emerald Bean’s longtime producer partner. At approximately 1,850 meters above sea level, the farm sits within Colombia’s Central Andes near the Nevado del Ruiz volcanic region. Emerald Bean works directly with Antonio to source distinct Gesha and Pink Bourbon lots from a single farm rather than pooling coffees from multiple producers. The coffees are washed and undergo an approximately 18–24 hour native fermentation without added yeast, followed by careful drying on raised beds.

The partnership is built around direct relationships and traceability—from the trees and processing at the farm in Colombia through importation by Emerald Bean in California. The result is a transparent, single-farm expression of variety,
place, and producer.

This Colombian Gesha has body and structure unlike the usual tea-like varietals. It gives you the full Gesha experience while still being a coffee you can savor.
