Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy for Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are generally final. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review your concern and make it right. Quality issues must be reported as soon as possible and may require a photo of the product and proof of purchase. When a problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement item or a refund, at our discretion. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for taste preferences, items that have been largely consumed, or products that were not stored according to safe-handling instructions.

To start a return, you can contact us at rainyrooster@rainyroosterroast.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 22751 West Bluff Court, West Linn, Oregon 97068 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
