How our subscriptions work

When you purchase an eligible product using the “Subscribe & save” or similar option, you are signing up to receive that product on a recurring basis at the delivery frequency you select (for example, every 30, 45, or 60 days). Each subscription order is automatically created and billed using the payment method and shipping details saved to your account unless you update or cancel your subscription in advance.

Pricing, discounts, and changes

Subscription pricing and discounts will be shown on the product page and at checkout at the time you start your subscription. Unless otherwise stated, any “subscribe & save” discount applies to future subscription renewals as long as the subscription remains active. We may update product prices, shipping rates, or discounts from time to time; if we do, we will apply the updated amounts to future renewals and, where required, will notify you before the change takes effect.

Billing and renewals

By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to automatically charge your stored payment method for each renewal order until you cancel. Renewal orders are charged on the date shown in your customer account or in the reminder email, if applicable. If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge and pause shipment until payment is successfully collected.

Skipping, pausing, or canceling

You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account (where available) or by contacting our support team before the stated cutoff time for your next renewal. Changes made after the cutoff time may apply to the following renewal rather than the upcoming shipment.

Shipping, delivery, and availability

Subscription orders are fulfilled using the same shipping methods and delivery timeframes as our one‑time purchases, subject to our Shipping Policy. If a subscribed product is out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, we may delay your shipment, substitute a similar product with your consent where required, or cancel the affected renewal and refund any charges already collected.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns and Refunds Policy unless otherwise specified on the product page. Certain products (for example, consumable or perishable items) may be ineligible for return once opened or delivered. If you believe you were billed or shipped after a timely cancellation, please contact us and we will review your request in line with our posted policies and applicable law.

Managing your subscription

You are responsible for keeping your account information (including email address, shipping address, and payment method) accurate and up to date so we can process your subscription orders. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by outdated or incorrect information you provide.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Subscriptions Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, operations, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of a subscription after the effective date of an updated policy means you accept the changes.
