Description: A modest Chiapas flavor profile of nutty sweetness, moderate low tones, and mild acidity that's unimposing. Medium-Dark roasts smelled of molasses, hazelnuts, with malty-sweet notes folded in. There's a bittersweet-savory exchange in the aroma, like chocolate pistachio, caramel, with cocoa roast tones when breaking the crust. The cup flavors are right in line with smells, with molasses and burnt sugar flavors defining the core sweetness in the brew, fading to savory hints and bittering roast tone in the finish. There are muted hints of caramel, pistachio bar, toasted brown bread, and chocolate almond granola.
